Missionary JourneysMuch valuable work is done by Christians who travel to places in their own county or abroad to help for short periods of time. Some congregations have specific programs for this purpose. Much is also done by individuals on their own initiative.
On reqeuest, retired Christians with recreation vehicles help small congregations in the US and Canada for two or three weeks at their own expense.
